Is there a monthly fee or contract?
No. You buy credits whenever you want and each completed appointment uses 1 credit. A month with no appointments costs nothing, and you can stop anytime.
How do credits work?
Each completed appointment uses 1 credit: half when you book and half when you complete it. If the appointment is canceled, only the booking half is charged.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You create your account in under 2 minutes and get 40 credits, enough for 40 appointments, without adding a card.
Can clients book on their own?
Yes. Turn on online booking and you get your own link for your Instagram bio and WhatsApp. Clients see open slots and book without messaging you.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The dashboard works in your phone’s browser and in the iPhone and Android app, which alerts you the moment a client confirms.
Can I sell products too?
Yes. Turn on product sales to add shampoo, pomade and other items to a ticket or as a standalone sale, with stock and margins in your finances. You can also have an online store on your salon’s link.
Does it work for salons with a team and commissions?
Yes. Turn on Team and commissions and answer a few questions: percentage or fixed amount, per professional or per service, with or without the card fee. Commissions are calculated with every appointment, and each professional can have their own login to see their schedule and commissions. Credits come out of the salon’s balance, and you choose whether the appointment’s credit is deducted from the commission.
Is there front-desk access?
Yes. On the Team screen you invite your front desk by email. They see every professional’s schedule, book appointments, add clients and close tickets, but don’t see finances, credits, commissions or settings. You can remove access anytime.
A client had hair and nails done by different professionals. How do I charge?
On a single ticket. The schedule shows the client is also booked with another professional that day, and when you close the ticket all her appointments are there. You can even add a last-minute service with someone else. She pays once (and can split between cash and card), and each professional gets the right commission.
Can clients pay with more than one method?
Yes. When closing the ticket you split the payment (for example, part cash and part card) and your finances track each method separately.
